Terms, refunds & disclaimers

Not affiliated with Google

Reinlist is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Google. We have no special access to Google's review teams.

No guarantee

Google alone decides whether products are approved and whether a Merchant Center account is reinstated. We diagnose the issues we can identify, write step-by-step fix instructions and a change log, and prepare appeal text for you to submit — you make any changes in Merchant Center or Shopify yourself. We cannot and do not guarantee any outcome or timeline. The free checker reports likely issues from public pages only.

What we will and won't do

We only recommend truthful changes. We will not advise you to misrepresent your business, invent addresses, reviews or credentials, help circumvent a suspension by opening new accounts, or work on products prohibited by Google's policies. You apply the fixes yourself in Merchant Center or on your store.

Delivery

Audit Report: by email within 48 hours of a complete intake form. Diagnosis & Appeal ($199): step-by-step fix instructions, change log, appeal text and walkthrough within 48–72 hours of a complete intake form. Suspension Package ($499): we start within 2 business days; typical completion is 3–7 business days. You apply the fixes and submit any review request yourself. Neither includes the time Google takes to review.

Refunds

If we haven't started work, you can request a full refund. Audit Report: full refund if not delivered within 48 hours of your completed intake. Diagnosis & Appeal and Suspension Package: if we conclude we can't help (e.g. prohibited products, or no fixable issue), we refund in full. Once the diagnosis, fix instructions, change log and appeal text have been delivered, fees are non-refundable regardless of Google's decision, because the work has been delivered. Email support@reinlist.com with your order email.

Your data

Intake details are used only to deliver your order. The free checker does not store the URLs you check beyond short-lived caching. The email decoder runs in your browser and doesn't send or store the text you paste, unless you tick the box to save it. Saved text is kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically.

Checker bot

Our checker identifies as ReinlistChecker/1.0, fetches at most ~12 public pages per check only when a visitor requests it, and obeys robots.txt (user-agent ReinlistChecker or *).
